Description
Bilboquet ice cream is famous in Montreal. It has been around for over 25 years. All our products are hand made. Our sorbets are 80% fruit and have 0% fat. Some of our popular sorbets are mango, raspberry, lemon, coconut and we even have litchi and pineapple.
Our ice creams are decadent. We have brou ha ha which is a mix of vanilla ice cream with brownies, almonds, caramel pieces and caramel swirl. Our dark chocolate (Choco-Chic) ice cream is the most popular. You can also have it with white chocolate chunks and cashews.
During the spring we have our famous Tire d'Érable (maple taffy) ice cream which is maple syrup ice cream with the maple taffy swirl. The same taffy you get on snow at a cabane à sucre. We use real maple syrup too.
There are no food colorings or flavorings. We use the real thing in all our ice cream.
We also have homemade pastries, cookies and ice cream cakes that are not to be missed!
At Christmas we have special ice cream logs (buches de noel)for your holiday celebrations.
New since 2009 are crepes at the Bilboquet Westmount. We are open all year.
New in 2010: We make ice cream cupcakes!!!! Everybody loves cupcakes. Have you ever had them made with ice cream! We can customize them for your parties and events.
